FCC Construction was contracted by Aecon Industrial out of Cambridge, Ontario to construct the civil portion of a 90 megawatt natural gas-fired cogeneration power plant. The project included the installation and construction of steel piles and concrete foundations for the main gas turbine generators, along with foundations for the transformers and supporting infrastructure.
