FCC Construction is proud to be the project manager for one of the largest heritage projects currently being undertaken in Canada. The twelve building renovation which is named after its largest tenant CenterBeam Inc. of San Jose, California encompasses an entire city block.
FCC Construction began working on the project in the spring of 2004 and has met all the unique challenges that this 120 year old structure has presented.
The transformation of this “diamond in the rough” from deteriorated structure to high end office space has caught the attention of many admirers.
